Matt Anderson

Matt Anderson FNP is the Medical Director for Anderson Integrative Medicine. Matt was a Robert Wood Johnson scholar who graduated from Case Western University in Cleveland, OH, with a Family Nurse Practitioner degree.  Matt completed an 800 hr. post graduate fellowship with Sam Wallace DO and had additional osteopathic certification with Steve Sanet DO. Matt has a passion for family medicine but also has special interest in treating joint injuries (ie: knee, low back, ankle and  rotator cuff injuries), muscle injuries, pain, ADHD, autism, concussion injuries and lactation disorders.

Matt's personal interest in Osteopathic Medicine and pain treatment started after a series of injuries as a Firefighter. His own recovery inspired his professional study and development. In 2009, Matt had a son born with neurological injury and autism. His persistent and relentless study of pediatric brain dysfunction helped him guide his son to recovery. Matt is dedicated to helping other families with injured or challenged children. Matt’s personal background brings compassion and drive to his work. His extensive study and in-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology and how it related to overall health and wellbeing allows him to practically and effectively design a unique treatment plan for his patients.

Matt has had the opportunity to study at the prestigious Osteopathic Center for Children in San Diego, The Osteopathic Health and Wellness Institute in Canada, The Family Hope Center (Philadelphia, PA) and the American Osteopathic Association of Prolo Therapy.
