Structural Integration

Has completed an 800 hour post-graduate internship with a doctor of osteopathic medicine , as well as studying at the internationally recognized Osteopathic Center for Children and studying at the Osteopathic Health and Wellness Institute. Matt relies heavily on osteopathic theory for structural integration utilizing the following techniques:

  • Strain-counterstrain

  • Myofascial release

  • Ligamentous articulous strain

  • Cranial osteopathy

  • Muscle energy

  • Lymphatic Drainage

High Velocity Techniques (popping, cracking) are rarely used.
